These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Elements OT website. Elements Occupational Therapy Australia, trading as Elements OT, provides Occupational Therapy services across Australia.

Information provided on this website is for general information only and should not be relied upon as individual clinical, medical or legal advice.

While reasonable care is taken to ensure website information is accurate and current, individual circumstances vary and information provided on this website may not be appropriate for every person.

Use of this website or submission of an enquiry or referral does not, by itself, establish an Occupational Therapist–client relationship.

Occupational Therapy Services

Elements OT provides Occupational Therapy services including assessments, therapy, consultation, telehealth services, clinical reports, letters and recommendations.

The specific services provided to a client are subject to a separate Service Agreement and Consent, which outlines the agreed supports, fees, payment arrangements, cancellations, privacy and consent requirements, and other conditions relevant to service delivery.

Where there is any inconsistency between these website Terms and an applicable Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will apply in relation to the provision of Occupational Therapy services.

Telehealth

Elements OT provides some services via telehealth. The suitability of telehealth will depend on the individual, the purpose of the service and clinical circumstances.

Further information regarding telehealth, including consent and privacy, is provided as part of the Service Agreement and Consent.

Reports and Recommendations

Clinical reports, letters and recommendations are prepared based on the information available at the time and the Occupational Therapist's professional clinical judgement.

Recommendations do not guarantee approval of funding, services, supports or other outcomes by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), funding bodies, educational organisations or other third parties.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on this website, including text, graphics, branding and logos, is owned by or licensed to Elements Occupational Therapy Australia and must not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission, except where permitted by law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Elements OT Privacy Policy, available on this website.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, services or applicable requirements. The current version will be available on the Elements OT website.
